This is the song cover for Munro Bagger's Bed featuring three genuine munroists whose stories and journals of a round of the munros are documented on Normal Neville's www.scottishmunros.com website.

I reflected on the variety of accommodation we experienced while Munro Bagging. Also on the fact that sometimes we had no accommodation at all. That was usually our own fault. Spending too long in the pub, wanting to save money or enjoy the stars, or being locked out!

Telling people about it made them laugh. So there was only one thing for it!

After the success and interest on YouTube with our 'Call of Scotland' song about my addiction to Scottish Hills, it was time for another song. This time a folk song to preserve, in munro-bagging folklore, some of the accommodation experiences of Munro Baggers.

We even made a video to go with the song and The Munro Bagger's Bed is now live! If you like it please press subscribe on YouTube so you'll be notified of further Munro Bagging song releases. A 'thumbs up' like... a 'share'... or a comment on my YouTube channel would be enormously appreciated. I'm now 87 so best be quick to let me know what you think!!! 🤣🤣Normal Neville

Hi, I'm Munroist 604 and I love sharing Scottish mountaineering stories.

I'm Neville Wiseman and I completed the Munros in 1988. That wasn't enough, so I completed the Corbetts in 2000. And then the Donalds...

At the ripe old age of 86, I'm still collecting Scottish mountains from The Munro's Tables. It's mainly Grahams these days, but I last re-bagged a Munro at the age of 85. I'm probably the Oldest Munro Blogger !!

I'm continually adding to my two websites, www.scottishmunros.com and www.normalneville.com, with stories, maps, routes and tips for Munro Baggers... and aspiring Munro Baggers!

I've written a book called 'Diary of a Munroist- Come By the Hills' which you can access free of charge.

I also enjoy publishing various Blogs, Podcasts and ruminations around the topic, including articles I keep finding on my computer but that I had forgotten I'd written!

If you enjoy this site please give my articles a 'like' and a comment... and I will keep posting!
